The lineup

The Chip Line is where we're putting our attention right now. The rest of the shop applies the same idea — commercial spec, home-counter scale — to mixing, prep, griddle, and cold storage.

The Chip Line

Our flagship machine: slices, fries, and seasons a full batch of potato chips on the counter, no fryer station required.

The Steady Mixer

A stand mixer built around a commercial gear-drive motor, so it won't stall in a stiff dough. Sized to actually fit under a wall cabinet.

The Prep Line

A food processor with the throughput of a line-cook's prep station, tuned down to a speed that won't turn your onions to soup.

The Flat Top

A countertop griddle with an even, edge-to-edge steel plate — the kind that shows up dented and beloved after ten years of breakfast service.

An undercounter refrigeration unit that holds a real temperature curve for staged prep, not just a chilly drawer for drinks.

“We wanted to sell the chips we were already making for our own kids. Every fryer setup we found was built for a diner, or it was a countertop toy that couldn't hold a steady oil temperature.”
— Ana Steindler & Mira Borowski, founders

Steindler Borowski Kitchen started in 2015, when Ana and Mira began selling potato chips at a market stall in Kraków — made in small batches on a fryer neither of them trusted to hold its temperature.

The Chip Line came out of that problem directly: a slicer, fryer, and seasoning drum sized for a countertop, running the same oil-temperature control a commercial kitchen relies on.

We're still headquartered in Kraków, with design, testing, and support now spread across a team working from four countries.

Proof of concept

Before the Chip Line was ever for sale, we ran a batch through it ourselves.
